Name: The Book of Chippers
Type of program: Intermediate level training program for those who like long workouts with a lot of reps and different exercises.
Focus: This program only includes chipper workouts. By definition a chipper is a list of a lot of exercises that you work off one by one. If you want it to be, it can be very intense. If not, just take your time.
Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.
Equipment needed: Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, balls and skipping ropes. Alternatives are given for certain exercises with more unusal equipment.
Level: Intermediate. It's beneficial if you know the kettlebell basics such as swings, cleans, presses and snatches.
