When it comes to personal training, our PTs specialize in kettlebells, power lifting and other types of weight lifting. We also have expertise in boxing, pelvic floor training and functional training in general.
The type of training we do is perfect for toning, fat burning, building strength and becoming overall more physically capable.
We have two female and one male personal trainer at Spartan that will tailor the sessions according to our needs, background and goals. We are also very nice and friendly and can guarantee you a good chat as well as an efficient training session.
Personal training can be held 1-2-1 or for duos, and you can train when you want and at the
Spartan gym that you prefer.
